So photos of the living room reveal to come soon. A room can be symmetrical where items are arranged to mirror one another on each side of the room. This room like the last uses a central point from which to balance the asymmetrical design. It is pleasing to the eye because it makes sense.

Unlike the previous however this room arranges the furniture on the grid. Every item you put in a room whether its a piece of furniture or a decorative accent has visual weight. Asymmetrical is a more relaxed less formal approach to balance in a room. Symmetry is generally seen in a traditional setting.
