How to use hx711.
Load cell adc ic.
Hx711 is a precision 24 bit analog to digital converter adc designed for weigh scales and industrial control applications to interface directly with a bridge sensor load cell strain guages.
Figure 5 is a block diagram of a reference design a weigh scale system evaluation board designed at analog devices.
Working principle of the circuit is very simple.

Load cell 40 kg.
All three features need three separate circuits and components adding to cost and complexity.
When we apply weigh on the load cell it produces an.
Therefore this adc chip eliminates the need for external power regulator.
So we can use hx711 ic which has all the above features simply removing complex circuitry.
Also you can observe from the circuit diagram that we power the load cell from the hx711 chip.
With an onboard low noise amplifier onboard oscillator precision third order 24 bit delta sigma modulator and bridge power switch the ads1231 provides a complete front end solution for bridge sensor applications including weigh scales strain gauges and load cells.
The load cell can be directly interfaced to this adc.
It consists of an ad7799 adc controlled by an aduc847 microcontroller.
To measure weight using load cell we usually need regulated power source output amplifier noise reduced adc converter.
